ikea.com
IKEA support goes beyond pasting a browser URL. Share links generated by the IKEA app — the applink.ikea.com links from its share sheet — import directly. Roomantic also supports IKEA's country storefronts: paste a product page from your local IKEA market and the import keeps that market's product name, local currency, and published measurements rather than forcing everything through the US catalog. IKEA publishes structured measurement rows on its product pages — width, depth, and height, plus length or diameter where those are the honest way to describe a piece — and Roomantic reads those rows exactly as published. We've verified imports across IKEA storefronts with beds and wardrobe combinations: the pieces where a few centimeters decide whether the door still opens.
Verified with real IKEA listings: beds, wardrobe combinations.
How it works
01
Scan the room with LiDAR on your iPhone or draw it from measurements. Unlimited projects and room scans are included.
02
Copy the product page URL from ikea.com. Roomantic reads the published overall dimensions — no measuring, no retyping.
03
The footprint lands on your plan at its real size. Slide it around, check clearances and walkways, then buy with confidence.
What Roomantic reads
Roomantic uses the overall dimensions IKEA publishes on the product page — the same numbers you would copy into a tape-measure sketch. Listings with several sizes or configurations ask you to pick one first, so the footprint on your plan always matches a specific orderable product.
Honest boundary
If a listing publishes no assembled footprint, Roomantic says so rather than inventing one. Dimensions come from the retailer's own text — never from an AI guess or a product photo.
Questions
Yes. Paste a ikea.com product link into Roomantic and it reads the listing's published dimensions, then draws the item on your floor plan at its true footprint.
The overall dimensions the listing publishes — width, depth, and height. Roomantic never estimates size from product photos. If a listing offers several sizes or configurations, Roomantic asks which one you mean before placing it.
Roomantic tells you honestly instead of guessing. Choose a listing variant that publishes an assembled footprint, or check the product's dimension details on ikea.com — most furniture listings include them.
Yes. Share links generated by the IKEA app (applink.ikea.com links) import directly — Roomantic resolves the shared product and reads its published measurements, the same as pasting the product page URL from ikea.com.
Yes. Paste a product link from your local IKEA storefront and the import keeps that market's product name, local currency, and published measurements. Roomantic doesn't force non-US products through the US catalog.
